Sell Movie Posters

If you need some cash to buy a new air conditioner this summer, consider checking in the cool basement for any old movie posters you might have. If you want to sell movie posters, I'm buying. If nothing else, stop by my site and browse around to see more of what I'm looking for. Who knows, one of your friends might have a valuable item I'm looking to buy!

Madison New Jersey?

According to WikiPedia:

Madison's growth accelerated after the Civil War. The railroad provided good transportation for its farm produce. Later, the railroad made possible the establishment of a flourishing rose growing industry, still commemorated in Madison's nickname, The Rose City.[3] The Morris and Essex Lines became one of America's first commuter railroads, attracting well-to-do families and contributing to the development of "Millionaire's Row," which stretched from downtown Madison to downtown Morristown.
Madison New Jersey, where I do business, is a wonderful place.

The Day the Music Died

I've come across a concert poster for the 1959 Buddy Holly show in Moorehead, MN. Yes, the night the music died.

This is the only known poster for this show in existence. (If you know someone who has another or even other Buddy Holly posters, contact me for a free appraisal, as I'm looking to build a collection around that fateful event.)

The poster's owner was the son of a local street sweeper. He contacted me, and I hopped on a plane and traveled across the country to purchase the concert poster for my collection.

Here's a picture of the concert poster. If you or someone you know has any other Buddy Holly related material, please contact me.

Ralph Deluca at BlinkList

I've signed up for BlinkList as Ralph Deluca. It's another social bookmarking tool. The website is really slick, though, and it seems easy to use. I'll let you know if I find any problems with it. I thought it might be useful for movie memorabilia nuts who like to bookmark tons of pages with useful info on movie poster collecting from around the web. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Movie Posters That Talk to Your Phone?

Wow. You won't find this technology in old vintage movie posters, but it's pretty interesting.

From the article:
NFC also will turn static advertising, such as movie posters, into an interactive experience. The technology embedded into an advertisement, for example, would enable consumers with NFC-enabled smart phones to download ring tones, music and more directly from the poster.

Hello World, Ralph Deluca Here

My name is Ralph DeLuca and I have an addiction.

As long as I can remember I’ve needed a regular fix of movie memorabilia:
posters, stills, lobby cards, etc.

So, for the last ten years, I’ve been a “leading man”, you could say-
the leading man in buying vintage movie memorabilia.

Like everyone else who has bid, bought, sold, auctioned, shown, saved and exhibited-
I have lost sleep over the great poster or photograph that got away…

I have bought posters from heirs, estates, other addicts like myself and dealers.

I have made happy many eBayers- disillusioned auction sellers who must wait 6 months
or more to get an item into the sale cycle and then pay from 15% to 25%-
plus photographic fees, listing fees and fees if something does not even sell.

There’s more to the word “hammer” in the salesroom’s jargon.
Too many times the hammer hits us over the head-
and we don’t get what we’ve hoped for.

If you feel the way I do- it’s time to contact the movie memorabilia guy
wearing the white hat.

I can be your movie memorabilia star- and help you get you the most cash-
quickly, confidentially and fairly.

So if you are ready to help divest me of the over $1,000,000 that I spend annually to buy
vintage movie memorabilia- please use your phone and call me now for a fair appraisal-
and instant cash.

Check out the Ralph Deluca website for more information about me and what I do.
